Lesson Delivery
LSI lessons are generally delivered one-on-one.
Lessons are conducted :
* at students’ offices during the day,
* at students’ homes in the evening, or
* at LSI’s school facilities
* Online via Skype.

LSI is Indonesia’s leading school for Bahasa Indonesia, licensed by the Indonesian
government to provide an international standard of Indonesian language instruction for expatriate clients from abroad.
To serve our special clientele, we must maintain a world-class faculty,
and all must be well-educated in the best practices in modern language education.
It is not easy to land a position on the LSI faculty.
Our recruitment process can be demanding and challenging at times.
But our rigorous screening and training process ensures that only
the most qualified and deserving candidates are invited to join the LSI faculty.

We are looking only for candidates who are agile and interested in making a genuine “contribution” to our institution, in order to advance LSI’s educational product.
We only consider candidates who are willing to make a long-term commitment. Contracts for LSI faculty-members are 2 years minimally.

Be a native Indonesian with excellent Bahasa Indonesia skills. (Please note : Being a native Indonesian born in this country DOES NOT necessarily mean that you speak proper Indonesian and/or know your own language.)
ENGLISH SKILLS
We do not need your TOEFL test scores. What we need is people who have very strong English speaking and listening skills. It will be an added value if you can speak Mandarin or Japanese as well.
