Care Specialist Support

Internship for 6 months

If you speak or write excellent English and would like to communicate to English native speakers then you can support our Care Specialist team to manage customer service center (calls, in person, virtual chat, messaging, and other means of communications), preparing and managing the regular gathering/events for Instructors, students, and organizing feedback and review from learners and preparing the evaluations to follow up actions accordingly.

You will be in charge of both promotional and non-promotional for marketing materials. Along the way, you will develop your analytical skills by analyzing the results of our social media activities. 

Job Description

LSI is opening a new division in 2020 to manage its websites and to open a digital solutions to those who are looking to build websites and online presense for their business.

Responsibilities

  • Receive telephone enquiries and respond to clients emails.
  • Conduct follow up emails and calls.
  • Respond to messages on web chat and WhatsApp.
  • Creative and active in contributing many ideas.
  • Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met.
  • Apply the LSI core values in everyday’s activities.
  • Conduct and report research on competitors.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • Can handle complaints.
  • fresh graduates or final year students.
  • Has the following attitude: committed, service-oriented, accountable, having integrity, excellence, respectful, creative, truthful, professional, happy, positive, be a lifelong learner and have a solution-based mindset.
